At VivaciteLife Our care managers are your gateway to great health community. Our experienced and dedicated team, works with you to manage all of all your health care needs - not just those VivaciteLife provides!

Your care manager will meet with you regularly (no additional cost) to ensure that you receive adequate care and are receiving benefits and tax credits to which you are entitled.

Our goal is to know you personally, so to respond specifically to your physical, intellectual and emotional needs. As needs change, we will anticipate the changes necessary to continuously adapt our services. Whatever your situation is, we can find the service you need. We will do so sensitively and without intrusion on our part to make you feel comfortable with this service.

Support on call 24 hours a day to answer questions and emergency care to deal with requests and problems.

Personal Care Services

As we age, each of us has unique problems and challenges with our feet that may require a professional Foot Care Nurse, with a personal touch, to fix these issues and monitor them over time.

At VivaciteLife our Foot Care Nurses are all experienced nurses who have completed a specialized course in advanced foot care. They will visit you in your home, at your convenience, to speak with you about your feet and take care of any issues you are facing. By receiving this care in your home, you can properly relax your feet after care is provided to maximize your healing time.
